"Shoe's off", Reed will say,
every evening when Rod steps to the door.
Then he squats down to help untie dad's
dirty, worked-in shoes...
learning over time that this tradition
will happen before daddy comes in to play.
I question myself,
what other "traditions" happen in this family?
Are there other things we show Reed
by our life; that they important?
And from an eternal perspective,
are they really?
